Broadway Storage is located at 4933 E Broadway Ave, Des Moines, IA 50317.

Linden Storage is located at 1400 N 14th St, Indianola, IA 50125.

Both facilities serve surrounding areas including Altoona, Ankeny, Pleasant Hill, and Martensdale.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

You can access your storage unit every day from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

No, all rentals are a month-to-month lease.

For safety and security reasons, we do not allow hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, perishable goods, or live animals to be stored in our units.

You can conveniently pay your storage bill online using our easy-to-use online payment system. We also accept payments over the phone or in person during office hours.

Renting a unit is simple! You can rent or reserve a unit online, or call our office at Broadway Storage (515) 417‑2545 or Linden Storage (515) 417‑0560. Our friendly staff will assist you with choosing the right unit and completing the rental process.

To rent a unit, you’ll need a valid ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and a credit or debit card for payment. Proof of insurance for your stored items may also be required.

We offer indoor RV, boat, and vehicle storage, as well as outdoor parking for your vehicles and RVs. We also provide climate-controlled units for temperature-sensitive items.

Both Broadway Storage and Linden Storage offer a secure, gated facility with 24/7 surveillance cameras, ensuring your items are protected. Our staff is available to assist with any security concerns.

Insurance is required to store items at our facility. Until proof of your own insurance is provided, our insurance needs to be applied to your account. If you prefer to use your own coverage, simply provide valid proof of insurance, and we’ll remove our insurance from future billing cycles. Contact our team for details.

Yes, we offer flexible options if your storage needs change. If you need to upgrade or downsize your unit, simply contact our office, and we’ll assist you with the process.

If you need to cancel your storage unit rental, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will guide you through the cancellation process and ensure everything is handled smoothly.

If you forget your access code or have any issues with your lock, don’t worry! Our friendly staff is available during office hours to assist you and help resolve any access issues.
